Thank you to our annual GOLD sponsor Vanderbilt Beach Resort

West Bay Rotary would like to thank Vanderbilt Beach Resort for being an annual GOLD sponsor of our events, including the annual Christmas Tree Sale.

The Vanderbilt Beach Resort has a rich history of welcoming guests and their families to Naples, Florida. For over sixty years, the family-run resort has left its mark on Vanderbilt Beach, just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Since the hotel was purchased by Robert Moore in 1968, when it was Vanderbilt Beach’s only motel, the Moore family has extended its legendary hospitality to thousands of guests, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Robert’s son, Mike Moore, has operated the resort since 1976, and Mike’s son, Mick Moore, is now the third generation of the Moore family to take the reins and continue a long tradition of relaxed hospitality.

The support of our sponsors is an important part of our events and helps us raise funds to give back to the community.

Due to COVID-19, we have had to cancel several events so far this year, and these are important fundraisers that help us raise money to give back to the community. Our annual sponsors are an important part of the success of these fundraisers, so we really want to thank them all for their continued support of our club.

Christmas trees and wreaths are currently available for sale at Maine Sport Outfitters, 115 Commercial Street, Rockport. The sale runs until December 20 or until all trees are sold. The hours are: from noon to 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. An honor box is also available for after-hours sales.
