Palm Beach Capital Announces Investment in Earth Systems, LLC


WEST PALM BEACH, Florida–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Palm Beach Capital Fund V, LP (“PBC”), through one of its investment entities, today announced that it has invested in Earth Systems, LLC (“Earth Systems” or “Company”) a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm based in South Florida. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Earth Systems serves customers in a variety of end markets, including oil and gas, government and municipalities, utilities, and real estate development. Service lines include assessment and remediation, spill response, environmental compliance and risk management. Founded in 1999, the Florida-based company has grown its national presence over the past 23 years and now serves 7 states through 13 offices. Regulations for contaminants of emerging concern (eg, PFAS) create ever-increasing demand for the Company’s services. Earth Systems is poised for phenomenal growth with ten new Master Service Agreements in the past 24 months and a corporate culture that attracts and retains both customers and coveted employees.
