Registration is now open for the 2022 Drug Summit scheduled for later this month.
The event will take place on June 29, from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Kaua’i Beach Resort Jasmine Ballroom.
Returning as an in-person event this year, the Drug Summit is a collaboration of professionals from local, state and federal agencies, corporations, prevention and treatment providers, law enforcement personnel law and community actors. It serves as an opportunity for networking and continuing education on a wide range of topics. Topics this year will include drug crimes, suicide warning signs and prevention, homelessness, underage drinking, chemical addiction and current drug trends, administration of Narcan, etc.
The summit is free, but registration is limited to 150 participants. Lunch will be provided.

Drug Summit 2022 is presented by the Office of the Attorney, Life’s Choices Kaua’i and the Ho’okele Coalition of Kaua’i, with partners from the Department of Human Resources, Kaua’i Police Department, the Hawai’i Institute Public Health, Hawai’i Health Systems Corporation, Malama Pono, and Child and Family Service.
