Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced plans for Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort, a new resort in Quintana Roo, Mexico, in collaboration with owner group Diestra Realty, SA de CV

Scheduled to open in 2024 in time for the summer season, the 500-room Grand Hyatt luxury hotel will mark another milestone in Hyatt’s ambitious brand growth strategy in Latin America to meet growing leisure travel demand. .

Located in the eastern part of the Yucatan Peninsula with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and close to Isla Mujeres, the Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort will be a captivating destination, with 500 rooms, of which 28 rooms have their own swimming pool and 46 deluxe rooms. suites, including a presidential suite; 11 dining concepts that will feature world-class chefs and iconic dishes reflecting the destination; six bars, including a lobby lounge, poolside bar, and beach cabana; an indoor and outdoor spa area and fitness center to connect guests to their physical and mental well-being; three swimming pools; and over 16,000 square feet of dynamic, state-of-the-art gathering space designed to accommodate events of all sizes and types.
